The information you give us will help us to structure our sessions with students. You will receive progress reports reviewing the students's work at the Writing Center.

Please note that we do not work directly on any paper in progress unless we have your permission to do so. Also, in order to help us assess your student's needs, it is important to have a writing sample, preferably a graded paper from your course.

The writing Center is open Monday through Thursday, from 9 A.M. to 8 P.M., Friday and Saturday, from 10 A.M. to 4 P.M.. Please have your student bring this form and his/her writing sample to the Center in Thomas Hunter HAll, Room 416.
