1. "Going back" can be rewarding or disappointing. Describe a visit you made to a place or a person that you had not seen for a long time. Discuss the changes you observed and how they affected you.

2. Most parents believe that young people should develop a sense of responsibility by working in the home or outside. Describe work that you have done and how you benefited from the experience.

3. Most people have had experiences which made them feel different from those around them. For example, their families' beliefs and customs might make them feel different from their friends, classmates, or co-workers. Write about a time when you, or someone you know, felt isolated from a group. Describe the situatoin and the people involved, why you or the person you are writing about felt different, and what was learned from the experience.
